BMO Digital Business Checking FAQs
To open your account, you’ll need to provide some identification and supporting business documentation. Our Business Documentation Checklist includes everything you’ll need to open your new account.
If you’re opening an account online, you’ll also need to verify your identity. We may do this by asking you to take a photo of your ID and snapping a selfie.
It takes around 10 minutes to complete your application, and you’ll receive a decision within 2 minutes.
We’ll waive the $10 monthly maintenance fee when you maintain an Average Collected Balance of $500 or more for the statement period.
