Great question. You can transfer balances from other credit card accounts to your new BMO credit card account. Please note that you can’t transfer balances from other accounts you have with us. Balance Transfers accrue interest from the date of transaction without a grace period.
The 0% introductory APR is for 15 months from account opening date on new purchases. After that, your APR will be 16.74% to 26.74% based on your creditworthiness on any unpaid balances. It’s important to note that you may lose your introductory APR if you make a late payment. Access the Summary of Credit Terms to learn more about rates and fees.
